CROWDSOURCING SUSTAINABILITY

Your Donations Are Now Tripled!!!

by | October 26, 2022

(Reminder for context: This newsletter is brought to you by the 501(c)(3) nonprofit I have dedicated the last 4+ years of my life to, Crowdsourcing Sustainability!)

I have some exciting news.

We are thrilled to announce that Crowdsourcing Sustainability just received a generous $10,000 grant from the Forest Foundation!

Not only does this mean we’ve met our annual budget for the first time ever, but it has also unlocked a big matching opportunity!

The next $3,300 donated to Crowdsourcing Sustainability will be tripled!

And after that initial $3,300, your donations will be doubled by the Woka Foundation!

Our goal is to raise $20,000 in donations by December 31st, 2022.

So, whether you’ve been meaning to support our work on climate and haven’t yet, or you’re a generous existing supporter who wants to increase your impact, now is the time!

We love doing this work to empower people around the world to act on climate and are so grateful for your support.

(If you’d like to donate but would prefer another method such as sending a check, just let me know.)

This opportunity exists thanks to the Woka Foundation, the Forest Foundation, and people like you who have powered everything we do from the beginning 🙂

A HUGE thank you to everyone. I am so grateful for you and your help to make this work possible, and for helping us to continue to scale our impact.

Rachel and I have been doing a lot of foundational work in the last two months and this feels like a good time to quickly re-share what Crowdsourcing Sustainability’s work is all about.

Purpose

Our purpose at Crowdsourcing Sustainability is to save and improve as many lives as we can by helping to stop global heating as quickly as possible and building a world where all of life thrives.

Mission

To build the climate movement’s power and accelerate cultural change so that all policy and investment decisions being made in our towns, schools, and companies around the world are science-based and justice-centered.

How

We do this by educating, inspiring, connecting, and empowering people to change the places they live and work.

Our three main programs are this newsletter, which reaches 200,000+ people from 150+ countries, the CS podcast, and our online community (exciting news coming soon on this!)

Our work is centered around empowering people like you all over the world. If you believe in the power of regular people working for change at every level, please consider supporting us.
